Montenegro: Hajla

Hajla is a very interesting place. A beautiful hut and an equally beautiful host. A very warm, welcoming person — he makes this place special.

The logistics to reach the hut itself are not the easiest, as you'll need to do a bit of hiking to reach 1900m elevation.

But once you're at the hut, the climb is easy and pleasant, the descents are short, but you can do 3-4 runs a day without overdoing it.

Hajla is the kind of place you want to return to again and again.
